Weight-loss motivation tip

If you’re following my personal blog, you’ll know that I am grappling with a diet.

I came across this amazing motivational tip in my Rosemary Conley “Lose a stone in a month” book. After your weigh-in, pick a bag of sugar, a can of beans, a sack of potatoes, whatever, that represents the weight you’ve lost. Visualise it or keep it on your desk. For me, a couple of pounds doesn’t seem so much. But that bag of sugar on my desk representing my “lost” fat really works for me!
